Company "Sakrament" has developed own modules for isolated words and voice commands recognition, and high-quality Russian synthesis, which can be easily adopted and used at any application for a wide range of tasks, and for Belarussian and Ukrainian languages.
The following technologies were used for the development:- Ñ++, COM/DCOM.
- Methods of dynamic programming and hidden Markov models;
- Kohonen self-organizing map;
- Allophone model for Russian synthesis.
Such approach provides the following features:- Compatibility with MS SAPI 4.0;
- Real word recognition accuracy 95-98%;
- Recognition vocabulary up to 10.000 words;
- High quality of synthesized speech.

"Sakrament" presents the demo versions of its products:- Assembled to Windows 95/98/2000/NT module of isolated speech recognition lets to input digits from 0 till 9 and 20 main commands, peculiar to standard MS Windows Calculator. User can introduce new words to the system and adopt it to his own voice.
- Assembled to Windows 95/98/2000/NT system of high quality Russian speech synthesis, able to convert a text to acoustic sound from any application based on WinAmp tools. This software is very useful for å-mail messages and different documentation reading by remote access.
